Our first EP “There And Away” has been released on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and a bunch of other streaming platforms on Friday, October 18th, 2024!
We are so excited about this, but mostly, we are extremely grateful to all the people who have helped make this dream a reality. Here are some people we would like to thank in particular.
First of all, a huge thank you goes out to Philip Masure of FolkStudio, who not only produced our EP, but also deployed his talent and craftsmanship to play the beautiful guitar parts in the five songs, putting up with a lot of our indications along the way. Patient, affable, professional and, not unimportantly, with a true feel for folk music, he was the perfect man for this job.
We also want to thank studio musicians Paul Zegers and Marc Van Puyenbroeck who took care of the drum and the bass parts respectively, crafting a result we are super happy with.
Furthermore, the EP cover was achieved thanks to the skills and talent of photographer Jonathan Ramael and graphic designer Lut Van Nooten (Hotel Konfetti), respectively, which we are very grateful for!
Finally, we would like to thank our crowdfunders, without whom we would not have been able to even proceed with this project. Every euro that was donated, has helped us achieve our goal. Some people in particular have made it easier to reach the finish line, and we would like to give them a special mention (in no particular order): thank you Didier vander Linden, Ian Lipchak, Hélène Van Aelst, the people of Cohousing InDruk, and Nadia vander Linden!
